Citizen's Issue

It is the policy of the Hillview Police Department to investigate all complaints of alleged misconduct in compliance with Kentucky Revised Statue 15.520 in order to ensure professional conduct within the department. Also, to give members of the public a reasonable avenue for any redress of grievances they may have with the service received by Police employees and conduct of the Police Department. Complaints may be received from citizens by telephone, letter, electronic mail, in person, by referral or may be anonymous. This policy applies to all sworn and non-sworn Hillview Police Department Personnel.

If you would like your issue evaluated, please call the Hillview Police Department and request to speak with a supervisor. One of our supervisors will then provide you with further information and walk you through the process.
